Independent — not a manufacturer

We don't sell equipment. We make the equipment you already own smart.

Most monitoring systems come from an equipment maker — and only work fully on their machines. Geo-Trac is independent: our beacons and sensors add location, run-time, and jobsite conditions to the dehumidifiers, air movers, chillers, and assets already in your fleet — any make, any age — all on one dashboard.

Use what fits your business

Two needs. One platform.

Some restoration companies just want to keep track of their equipment. Others just want to monitor the jobsite remotely. Many want both. Geo-Trac does any one of them — start with what you need today.

Track your equipment

Know where every asset is and whether it's running — from the warehouse to the jobsite.

  • Location across warehouse, trucks & trailers
  • Real-time tracking at the jobsite
  • Run-time — is it on, idle, or off
  • Utilization & loss prevention
For teams focused on asset control
Most choose both

Do both — one dashboard

The full picture: where equipment is, whether it's running, and how the drying is going — together.

  • Everything in tracking
  • Everything in monitoring
  • One login, one bill, one system
  • Reports that tie it all together
For teams that want total visibility

Monitor the jobsite

Watch drying conditions remotely — without sending anyone back to the site.

  • Ambient temperature & relative humidity
  • GPP & grain depression
  • Moisture content — drywall, subfloor, studs
  • Branded reports for adjusters
For teams focused on drying & documentation
Why it's worth it

Three ways Geo-Trac pays for itself

Make more money

Document the hours your equipment actually runs, recover gear faster when it goes missing, and capture more rental revenue when CAT work spikes.

Save time

Stop driving across town to check whether a machine is running. Your crew sees live status from their phone and skips the trips that don't need to happen.

Run leaner

See what's deployed, what's idle, and what's still sitting on a finished job — so the right equipment is always where it earns its keep.

Proof on paper

Turn jobsite readings into reports your customers and adjusters can trust

Geo-Trac turns the readings from your equipment into a clean, professional report — the documentation your customers, adjusters, and insurers need to sign off and pay the claim.

The cost of guesswork

When you can't see your equipment, it costs you on every job

Equipment goes missing

Assets vanish across jobsites, trailers, and customer locations with no fast way to find them, especially during a CAT event.

Wasted truck rolls

You send a tech out only to find the machine wasn't even running — wasted trip, wasted labor.

Delayed insurance claims

Claims stall because there's no documentation of jobsite drying conditions over time.

Utilization is a mystery

Idle assets drain cash while others get overworked — and nobody can see the difference.

What you get

Everything you need to stay in control of your equipment

Asset Tracking

Know where each asset was last seen, which job it belongs to, and whether it is sitting in a warehouse, trailer, truck, or customer location.

GPS Trailer & Fleet Tracking

Track trailers and high-value mobile assets with live location history, movement alerts, and yard visibility.

Run-Time Monitoring

An accelerometer in every asset beacon detects whether a machine is actually running, idle, or off — and logs how long it's been running, so you can prove it without a site visit.

Environmental Monitoring

Monitor temperature, humidity, GPP, and drying conditions remotely without sending someone back to the site.

Reports & Documentation

Generate jobsite reports that show readings over time, machine activity, and environmental history.

Smart Alerts

Notify your team when equipment stops, readings drift, or assets move outside expected locations.

Tracking + monitoring

Most tools solve half the job. Geo-Trac solves both.

Asset trackers tell you where equipment is. Environmental monitors tell you how the drying is going. Geo-Trac does both — and adds the one thing neither can: whether each machine is actually running, and for how long.

Works alongside your stack

Geo-Trac fits the way you already work

You don't have to replace your job-management software. Geo-Trac is the equipment-and-conditions layer beneath it — capturing where your gear is, whether it's running, and how the drying is going, then handing you clean data to drop straight into the job file and the claim.

Export-ready data

Pull any job's readings and history as a PDF or CSV — attach it to the job record or send it straight to the adjuster.

Integrations on request

Already running Albi, Encircle, or another platform? Tell us your stack — integrations are available on request and on the roadmap.

Talk to the team that builds it

No call-center runaround. When you need a change or a new report, you work directly with the people who make Geo-Trac.

See it in action

Every machine on every job — on one live screen

This is the actual dashboard your team logs into: every piece of equipment in one live list, showing what's running, where it is, and its latest readings as they come in from the field.

How it works

Up and running in four simple steps

01

Mount the sensors

Small wireless sensors attach to your equipment in minutes — no wiring, no setup headache.

02

Plug and Play Gateway

A small hub on-site is constantly scanning the beacons and sensors and sends readings to the cloud over the air — nothing for your crew to manage.

03

Watch it live

Location, run-time, and drying conditions all show up in one dashboard, updating in real time.

04

Act on alerts

Get a heads-up the moment something needs attention — and keep the job on track.

Remote monitoring in action

See the equipment we monitor — starting with the industrial chiller

A chiller that drifts out of spec can cost a job before anyone notices. Geo-Trac watches the readings that matter — live, from anywhere — so you catch a problem before your customer feels it.

Industrial chiller monitoring

Chillers hold a space, a process, or a curing pour at temperature — on construction sites, in data centers, at events, and across industrial plants. When output slips, the damage is fast and expensive. Geo-Trac reads the chiller's water temperatures remotely and alerts you the moment performance drifts.

  • Entering & leaving water temperature — the spread that proves it's actually cooling
  • Ambient temperature & humidity at the unit, in real time

Catch underperformance before the customer complains, prove output for billing, and cut unnecessary service trips — on any brand of chiller you run.

About Geo-Trac

Real-time visibility for the equipment your business runs on

Geo-Trac gives equipment-heavy businesses a live view of where their assets are, whether they're running, and what conditions look like on the jobsite — all from one cloud dashboard.

We started Geo-Trac because we kept seeing the same problem: restoration contractors, rental operators, and field service teams making expensive decisions based on incomplete information. Driving across town to check whether a machine was running. Writing off equipment that walked off a job and was never recovered. Losing insurance claims because there was no documentation of what happened on site. We built Geo-Trac to make that kind of guesswork unnecessary.

One platform, not three

Most tools solve half the problem. GPS trackers tell you where equipment is. Environmental monitors tell you how the drying is going. But neither tells you whether a machine is actually running — or for how long. Geo-Trac combines GPS tracking, accelerometer-based run-time detection, and remote environmental monitoring into a single platform, so your team has the full picture without juggling multiple systems or subscriptions.

For larger facilities, warehouses, and industrial deployments, we also offer a LoRa-based sensor and gateway line built for long-range, low-power coverage across yards, commercial properties, and sites where traditional wireless falls short.

No proprietary equipment required. Geo-Trac works with the fleet you already own — any brand, any age.

Built for the way field operations actually work

Our customers are restoration contractors, equipment rental companies, HVAC operators, construction teams, and warehouse operators who need to know what's deployed, what's idle, and what's earning its keep — without adding overhead or retraining their crews.

With Geo-Trac, your technicians see live equipment status from their phone. Your ops team knows exactly what's on which job. Your adjusters get clean, branded reports they can act on. And when a CAT event hits and your fleet is spread across fifty jobs overnight, you still know where everything is.

A partner, not a vendor

When you call Geo-Trac, you talk to the people who built it. There's no call center, no ticket queue, no waiting three days for someone to escalate your question. When you need a change to a report, a new alert condition, or an integration with the software you're already running — you ask, and we make it happen. That's not a promise we make lightly; it's how we've operated since day one.

Built in Canada. Trusted by restoration and field service operations across North America.

What makes us different
